I'm not a Canadian troll nor am I an American who scoffs at hockey below the Mason-Dixon line. I'm just curious, considering they did invent the sport and start the league, as to why they only ended up with 6 teams. My guess would be populaiton. What do you think?... Read More »

OK I'm a fan of both so I have no bias here. I was exchanging texts right after Crosby got the game winner, it was crazy!!! Glad we got gold but much respect to USA. Anyways I sent a text saying "Crosby!!!!!" in the excitement. Then my friends (who's an Ovy fan) said he didn't do anything and that o... Read More »

What possible world do the detractors of the Canadian ladies gold medal winners in hockey live in. Of course they are going to have a beer and maybe smoke a cigar, it is a tradition, now and always will be. Why do we have to bury our heads in the sand and think these kind of celebrations do not occu... Read More »

Please don't answer if you're just gonna say or anything like that. This is a serious question and I wouldn't ask y'all if it wasn't. Two of my teammates on my beer league team, including our best player, have a Canadian father and Mexican mother but were born in Texas learned their hockey here. T... Read More »

Bravo Bravo Bravo! Even with a blowout I respect Norway for shutting us down goal wise in the 1st period. Although sad to see the crowd cheering on Dany Murderer Heatley with his 2 goals. Oh well, we'll go back to booing him in the Canadian er National Hockey League. USA wins? Big Whoops! 3-1! Wer... Read More »

In a nutshell, the article describes how the Czechs and Slovaks have fallen off the map and how counties like Denmark and such.In it, Ken Campbell also points to Massachusetts as a "has-been" hotbed, claiming...
