Resolved Question: Should there be an American basketball league for 19-year olds?

It would be for players like Derrick Rose that only playing college ball because of the NBA age requirement. The benefit is that they would get paid for a year before they go to the NBA and they wouldn't be taking a college scholarship from someone that actually wants to go to college.
